Paul Dizmang is the company’s designated broker and owns Dizmang Properties with his wife, Brooke.  Selling real estate since 1988, Paul has established a company that offers our clients five-star real estate services.  Jessica Hickok, Vice President of Operations, joined the company in 2000 and has worked with Paul to develop three divisions of Dizmang Properties, Inc.

Dizmang Associates

Our general, residential real estate services include working with sellers, buyers and investors. However, Dizmang Associates does not just list and sell real estate in Springfield, MO in the conventional fashion.  We specialize in working with serious real estate investors.   While some firms might just sell investment homes, we take it one step further. With a conservative approach and sound advice, our company philosophy has been to provide service and advice beyond what is expected.

Dizmang Properties

The Residential Property Management Services that we offer includes a turn-key service. This includes everything from finding the right property, overseeing the negotiations and contracts to closing, property maintenance, accounts payable and receivables to managing the property as a rental property.

Dizmang Properties School of Real Estate

Not only do we offer seminars about investing in real estate, but we also offer several training classes for REALTORS®.  We are an accredited school of real estate, approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission, that offers continuing education classes for licensed Missouri real estate agents.
