This Rentals Simple Checklist is used for a quick inspection of  a rental property.  Dizmang Properties requires this checklist form to be filled out by each staff member each time they visit a rental property.  Once filled out, this form is filled out, it is filed in the Tenant’s File for documentation of inspection.
