Our property management services are complete and turn-key.
Our standard policy is set to collect a monthly management fee that is based on a sliding scale depending on the property type and the services we provide. Because each investor in different, we customize our services to fit the need. Although it is not an exhaustive list, some of the services we provide to our investor clients are:
- Dedicated real estate sales service.
- Maintenance and upkeep of each property.
- Pay expenses including mortgage payments, taxes and insurance of each property.
- Collect monthly rents from tenants and deposit into escrow account.

Each year, we bring our investors together for an annual state-of-the-union address to inform owners of current rental market and offer more investment opportunities. It’s a good time for all to mix and mingle with other investors ultimately instilling confidence in our company’s service.
