Best known as the “Hot Tub REALTOR® Broker,” Paul became a YouTube sensation through sharing his real estate and property management information, tips and tricks directly from the hot tub.

Actively selling real estate since 1987, Paul runs his own company specializing in working with investors and property management.  He has carved out his niche in the business by creating a built-in clientele that purchases investment property on a recurring basis.  His company includes a staff of five people that manages 200+ single-family rental homes in Springfield, Missouri.  He is a Past President of the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® and currently serves on many committees and boards on both the local and state level.

Paul has also teamed up with his business partner, Jessica Hickok, in creating and producing real estate video podcasts, seminars and training for REALTORS®.

Of all the numerous accomplishments in Paul’s life, the most important to him is his wife of 25 years, Brooke and his 17-year old son, Alex, who is an integral part of the Kickapoo High School basketball team.
