Actively selling real estate since 1988, Paul Dizmang has always had a eye for the fixer-upper types. Paul then started his own firm, Dizmang Properties Inc., in 1995 and created a niche in real estate by building wealth for his core group of investors and offering a turn-key investment/management opportunity.
When Jessica Hickok joined the company in 2000, she used her Type A personality and talents by producing and implementing a checks and balance system for managing the tenants.
Paul and Jessica have worked to increase their company growth and search engine rankings by Twittering, blogging and video podcasting. Their wildly popular video series “Hot Tub Landlord” shows Paul sharing tips and tricks to managing property while sitting in the hot tub.
Loaded with energy and excitement, Paul and Jessica have teamed up and produced the seminar “8 Effortless Tips to Rental Property Management” of which they have presented across the state of Missouri and at the National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference & Expo in San Diego November 2009, New Orleans 2010 and will present again at the conference in Anaheim, CA on November 12, 2011!
Our company supports three main charities. The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, A Sporting Chance and The Children’s Tumor Foundation.
