Q.  How long, on average, will my house be on the market?

A.  Approximately 60 days in the average days on market (DOM) in Springfield, MO.

Q.  How do REALTORS get paid for what they do?

A.  Typically REALTORS work on commission, paid for by the Seller. However, it could be arranged
     between the seller and REALTOR, to have the commission either be a percentage of the sales
     price or a flat fee.
